If you’re dreaming of a beautiful destination wedding in Punta Cana, then you’ve come to the right place! Kukua Beach Club is a dream come true! But don’t just take my word for it. I’m going to show you a beautiful wedding trailer at Kukua so you can see it for yourself.
The white sand beach. Turquoise blue water. A beautiful beachside restaurant with gorgeous decor and tasty food. Plus a stellar wedding planning team. This place has it all. And when you’re looking for an off-resort venue for your destination wedding, you want it all.
Let me tell you a little about Kukua Beach Club and Restaurant, and then I’ll show you Kelsea and Josh’s wedding video. Ready?
Kukua Beach Club in Punta Cana
Spend just a few minutes scrolling through our blog, and you’ll see how much we love Kukua. It’s one of my personal favorite venues in Punta Cana, and for good reason. They really know what they’re doing. They’ve hosted hundreds of weddings and only continue to improve, exceeding my expectations over and over again.
The venue on its own is beautiful so it doesn’t take much to create a lovely wedding scene, but when you add in the decor, flowers, greenery, and all the little extras, it feels like a fantasy. This is everything you’ve been dreaming of!
Alongside your family and friends, with the perfect man standing in front of you, with a big smile and tears running down your face, these intense emotions swirl through you all, and Kukua becomes even more magical. It’s filled with love. And nothing can compare to that!
Now you have some options:
You can choose to have your ceremony right on the beach under the sunshine or under La Palapa if you prefer the shade instead. Both offer breathtaking views of the ocean and look great in photos, so you really can’t go wrong either way.
After the ceremony, you’ll head to the restaurant for a delicious meal before you dance the night away. Kukua offers several menu options with different price points so you can stay within your budget. Everything tastes great! It may even become your favorite restaurant in Punta Cana. The food is that good!
Their outstanding service mixed with the amazing location makes this venue an excellent choice for your destination wedding.
Now, if you’re just here to see a wedding trailer and already have a venue booked, that’s fine too! Let’s talk about wedding videos for a moment before I show you Kelsea and Josh’s trailer.
Should You Book a Videographer for your Wedding?
Do I really need to answer that? The answer is yes! You should definitely book a videographer for your wedding day!
Wedding videos are the only way to watch your wedding day back again. To hear your partner’s vows. To hear the speeches from your parents and loved ones. Where you can experience all of those emotions again.
Now, this may not seem like a big deal right now. You may not want to watch yourself or hear your own voice. I get it! But imagine 15 years from now. 20. 50 if you’re really lucky. How nice would it be to watch your wedding video then? When you’re older, maybe a little grayer. To see how much you have grown as a couple. How much has changed? Wouldn’t that be nice?
Okay, that’s all great, but what if you’re really trying to save money or cut out “unnecessary” things at your wedding. You’ll have photos from the day… That should be enough, right?
Of course, photos are HUGE part! You’ll probably cherish your wedding photos more often than your wedding video since you can print them out, hang them around your home, make an album, etc. But you can’t hear your wedding photos. You can’t hear any of the speeches again. Your vows. The laughter and the celebrations. The music you spent so much time selecting. Wedding photos tell a crucial part of the story that is your wedding day, but the wedding videos take it to a whole other level.
I’ll let you in on a little secret too:
One of the most common regrets brides have is not booking a wedding videographer!

Kelsea & Josh’s Wedding Trailer at Kukua
So what do you say? Are you ready to see Kelsea and Josh’s wedding trailer at Kukua? I know, I am too! Because their wedding was AMAZING!
Their day was filled with special moments, including an emotional first look with the bride and her father, another first look with her bridesmaids, and finally, a first touch with the bride and groom, where they didn’t see each other, but they stood back to back reading heartfelt notes to each other. (If you want your first time seeing each other to be walking down the aisle, a first touch is a great alternative to the first look.)
It sounds like an emotional day, (and it was) but these two were also laughing and having a blast! I mean, they took a shot together at the altar – so you know they were ready to party!
And that’s exactly what they did. After a beautiful dinner reception, they all headed to the dance floor to dance the night away. Oh! I should tell you it poured rain that night… but they wouldn’t let a little (or a lot) of rain stop them! All their guests stayed on the dancefloor, dancing through the rain. Celebrating this new beautiful union – between high school sweethearts. How amazing is that?
In the famous words of Vivian Green, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass – it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” And I think that’s just the perfect way to start a marriage. Don’t you?
