Wedding at Kukua Beach Club – Rose & Andrew
This beautiful couple tied the knot on one of the most majestic beaches in Punta Cana. Rose and Andrew decided to unite their family in Punta Cana, and they did it in the best way possible: through a gorgeous wedding at Kukua Beach Club.
Working with the Kukua Wedding Planning Team, Rose and Andrew decided on every detail of their wedding to make it an unforgettable day – not only for them but for those who accompanied them, too. And they did a great job!
The day was full of emotional moments. Nerves, smiles, tears, and above all, happiness. What could be better than that?
The sand ceremony was undoubtedly the most symbolic moment of the day. As they poured the sand together, their little ones joined in, symbolizing their strong connection as a family. They all came together to celebrate the union.
After dinner, when the main course had ended, and the nerves had settled, there were still more surprises and strong emotions to digest. The kids took control of the microphones first. They had everyone laughing and then everyone crying as they spoke to their parents, sharing love, appreciation, and pride for their union. There were so many heartfelt speeches! You could feel the love from the entire family and it was so special. Cheers!
The night came to an end on the dance floor. You could only see smiles on each and every face. Their love story has just begun.
Now, here’s a little sneak peek from their gallery, but before I show you any more, I want to take some time to talk about Kukua.
Kukua Beach Club in Punta Cana
Whenever we’re at a wedding at Kukua, we know it’s going to be a good day. Their team is so talented, and they are truly amazing at what they do!
Every moment throughout the day flows effortlessly into the next. From the getting ready, to the first look (or the first touch). From the wedding ceremony to the cocktail hour and couples photos, dinner to the reception. Every single event unfolds without missing a beat.
That’s all thanks to Mayte and Rachel, the brilliant minds behind Kukua’s wedding planning team.
With gorgeous decor, amazing food, and special events throughout the day, they’re able to transform each wedding into a completely unique event. Isn’t that what you want for your wedding day? A wedding just your own. To celebrate with loved ones and enjoy your moment. And maybe even get a compliment or two about what a great venue you’ve chosen. Wouldn’t that feel nice?
That’s what you can expect when you get married at Kukua.
Beach Weddings vs. La Palapa at Kukua
When you have your wedding at Kukua Beach Club, you’ll need to decide between the two ceremony locations: right on the beach or at La Palapa. Although there are countless pros and cons to each, for some reason, I always love beach weddings. You’re getting married in Punta Cana for a reason, right?
Imagine this:
The sun shining on your cheeks. The purest ocean breeze caressing your skin. The waves and palm trees dancing in perfect harmony. What more could you hope for on your wedding day?
But you’ll also want to consider that the weather is unpredictable. It might be sunny one minute and raining the next. (Although it never really rains too long, anyway.)
If you’re more laidback, and you don’t mind some unpredictable weather, then you’ll probably be happy with a beach wedding. Embrace those tropical beach vibes.
On the other hand, if you prefer to get some coverage from the hot sun and you’d rather wear a long veil with your hair down, then a wedding in La Palapa will be better.
What about the sand? Well, one of the best things about the white sand in Punta Cana is that it doesn’t get hot. You and your guests can go barefoot on the beach without any issues.
If you’re going for a more formal event, with all of your guests dressed in elegant wedding attire, then consider La Palapa for your ceremony instead.
What happens if it’s raining? La Palapa is probably a better choice. But if you’re dreaming of a beach wedding at Kukua, they can make it work. You’ll see in Rose and Andrew’s photos they didn’t let a little rain stop them. Some of their guests pulled out umbrellas and they carried on. And why not? A little rain never hurt anyone.
