Every little girl grows up dreaming of her fairytale wedding. A stunning white dress, a long, flowy veil, oh, and I guess the most important part: prince charming.
As a kid, I had all the classic fairytales playing on repeat in our living room; Cinderella, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, I’m sure you know them all. My friends and I would sing along, acting out each scene, and taking turns playing the princess. I wanted my life to be just like theirs.
Eventually, I grew up and realized that life isn’t a fairytale. But I also learned that sometimes, if you’re lucky, love can make you feel like you’re in one.
Adriana and Christian definitely have that fairytale kind of love! They got married on June 6th, 2019, and had their fairytale wedding at the Hard Rock Punta Cana.
We Love the Hard Rock Punta Cana
We’ve said it a million times before, but honestly, we can’t get enough of this resort!! First of all, the Hard Rock Punta Cana is absolutely beautiful!! The property is covered with hundreds of different types of palm trees, flowers, and lush greenery.
The resort is gigantic (which can also be one of the downsides) but every inch of the hotel was crafted to look stunning. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like a rockstar.Â
Plus, they have a million different things to do during your stay! With 11 different pools, nine restaurants, ORO night club, and the biggest casino in Punta Cana, you could literally never get bored here!Â
Did I forget to mention the beach? You’ll love sinking your toes into the soft, white sand while sipping on that fresh passion fruit mojito. And if you get too hot, just take a dip in that beautiful blue ocean.
Seriously this is the perfect place for your fairytale wedding!
Have Your Fairytale Wedding at the Hard Rock Punta Cana
The Hard Rock Punta Cana is a luxurious wedding factory!! That may sound odd, but I mean it in the best possible way (at least for now – I’ll come back to this later) They are constantly planning weddings, and have been doing so for years, which means that they have become experts in the industry. From the decor to the food, and everything in between, no single detail will be forgotten on your big day.Â
Their wedding coordinators have years of experience and know exactly how to create the fairytale wedding you’ve been dreaming of! They will take your ideas, wave their magic wands, and bring it all to life. (I mean, there is A TON of work that goes into it, but let’s just pretend that it’s that simple.)
Truly, all of the staff will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect!Â
Downsides to Weddings at the Hard Rock Punta Cana
Although we absolutely love this resort and know that their weddings are amazing, I have to mention a few things that are not ideal.
- The property is so big!! You’re going to have to walk. A LOT. Which may be hard on some of your older or less mobile guests. There is a trolley that goes back and forth throughout the property, but just be prepared to wait a little bit for that.
- Like I said earlier, this place is a wedding factory. That’s great when it comes to the years of experience they offer but it also means that there’s going to be more than one wedding on your big day. You may see a couple of other brides around the resort so be ready to share the spotlight.
- It’s more expensive than other resorts. Luxury comes at a price, and you’ll definitely notice this during your wedding planning. Everything is more expensive here, including the rooms, wedding packages, and vendor fees.Â
Regardless of these three things, this is still an amazing resort, and if you decide to book your wedding with them, you won’t be disappointed!Â
Adriana & Christian’s Fairytale Wedding
Adriana & Christian’s wedding was truly magical! And when I say it was a fairytale wedding, I mean that literally. Adriana arrived at the ceremony in her own little chariot car. Her guests waved magic wands during their first kiss as husband and wife. And Adriana looked like a real-life princess.Â
