There’s something so special about these types of photoshoots. Somehow, their love feels stronger. And when it’s a same-sex couple on their honeymoon, it’s even better!!
Honeymoon Photoshoots
If you come to Punta Cana for your honeymoon, you can’t miss the opportunity to get gorgeous beach photos! Since your wedding day is over, there’s nothing left to stress about!! You can finally relax. All your hard work has paid off, and now you get to celebrate!
A honeymoon photoshoot is the perfect way to do that. You can truly focus on your partner and simply enjoy the feeling of being married. Not to mention, you’ve already had some practice in front of the camera from your wedding day, so you’ll both feel more comfortable and will look like naturals.
You can wear your wedding attire (like this couple did) or dress casually and embrace the sandy beach vibes like Patrick and Charles. It’s your honeymoon, and you’re in paradise! So you can dress however you’d like. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Same-Sex Weddings in Punta Cana
Whether it’s for your wedding, honeymoon, or just a beach vacation, you’ll feel right at home on the white sandy beaches of Punta Cana. Unfortunately, same-sex marriages aren’t legal (yet) in the Dominican Republic, but don’t let that stop you from celebrating your love in this magical place!
Anyone can have a symbolic wedding ceremony and just file the legal paperwork back home. This is what 90% of destination wedding couples (gay or straight) decide to do anyway to avoid the hassle of translating documents and hiring a judge to attend the ceremony.
Some of our favorite LGBTQ+ friendly resorts are Hard Rock Punta Cana and Breathless, but all of the resorts and employees here will be kind and courteous to their guests.

Patrick & Charles’ Honeymoon Photoshoot
While we weren’t quite lucky enough to photoshoot Patrick and Charles’ wedding day (since they got married back home), we took them to the beautiful Macao Beach and were able to capture some amazing honeymoon photos.
And I’m obsessed with how they turned out! These two are just adorable!! They were always smiling and cracking jokes to make each other laugh. And the love was radiating off of them. Literally. They were glowing!
